Backcountry Day Trips

Backcountry ski touring and splitboarding is a great way to intimately experience the mountains! Our years of experience in our local terrain means that we can get you to the best spots. We run most of our backcountry day trips on Douglas Island due to its easy access, and incredible variety of terrain and route options.  That flexibility allows us to tailor the experience to you and your group – whether it’s for first time using backcountry gear, or you’re an experinced backcountry enthusiant.  

We also offer helicopter accessed backcountry day trips trips.  Prior backcountry ski touring or splitboarding experience is required for these trips.  Pricing is based on flight time, so please inquire with interested for a cost estimate.
