Eaglecrest Ski Area

When the weather prevents the helicopter from flying, Juneau has the best down day skiing in Alaska thanks to Eaglecrest Ski Area and the surrounding backcountry.  An easy 20 minute drive from town, Eaglecrest has an open boundary policy, which gives us thousands of acres of terrain options. Crowds are non existent, and untracked snow is easy to find. Guided Eaglecrest and backcountry days are built into our weeklong packages and all of our guests receive discounted lift tickets.
