Our lodge cooks pride themselves on creating a menu that captures the taste of Southeast Alaska. Breakfast is served each morning with locally brewed coffee, teas, and juices along with a selection of baked goods, fruits, and a warm main dish. Lunch is a “build your own” style with a variety of sandwich fixings, snacks, and beverages laid out prior to the day’s departure.

We offer complimentary Alaskan Brewing Company beer for our lodge guests at the end of each heli-ski day. More alcoholic beverages may be purchased at one of several liquor stores in the area. Evenings at the lodge are relaxing with music or ski videos playing in the main house, and many stories being told by enthusiastic guests and guides. Seafood or wild game along with tasty side dishes are typically served for dinner in the lodge dining area.
