Guide Training Complete

After a full week of guide training we are beginning to move operations to the Adlersheim Lodge. Our first groups begin arriving March 11th and the adventure will continue until April 20th. Winds were fierce during February with a couple of fun snow storms in the middle of the month. We’ve been skiing on hard pack & wind blower for the past couple of weeks and able to find pow stashes on short out of area tours.

This seasons “in house” guide training was a lot of fun. Guides started with a heli ski trip to McGinnis to practice pit tests & avalanche mitigation techniques as well as loading & landing procedures.
